    Awesome bike tour of Brussels!
It was an awesome experience! Got to see the whole city by biking through it and to the top to overlook the rest of it. Super knowledgeable guide, so it was very informative and fun!

    Extensive Brussels experience
The leader (nene? Lene?) was so sweet, knowledgeable and funny. We learned so much about Brussels and Belgium, that we never knew before. She would be good PR. We saw more of Brussels than we ever would have on foot. We recommend this tough highly!

Awesome Tour and Guide of Brussels City! My first bike tour
This was my first bike tour and I loved it. You do need a lot of stamina for this tour as it not easy to ride the bike around the city. The tour itself was great, managed to cover lots of main tourist attractions like grand place, manneken pis, parc du cinquantenaira, mont des arts, parc de bruxelles, european parliament and etc. Our guide Nene was amazing, she is so knowledgeable and knows her way around the city. Also recommended an awesome french dinner during our lunch break. It a great way to see the Brussels if you don't like to walk too much. The other good thing is that the tour is only limited to 10 persons, so it like a mini private tour.

Fun, informative and worth the trip - An adequate substitute for a city history lesson. 6/5 Stars.
European city bike tours are a great way to see the city during a short city break. Of all the tours I've been on, this has to be one of the best and most informative tour I've ever been on. Our guide, Nene, was really engaging. The starting location was really easy to find and very central. She gave an informed account of the history of Brussels and Belgium with charm and wittiness. She also didn't shy away from the low points in the country's history. The entire tour really helps you understand how and why the country and city came to be the way it is today. Nene's easy going attitude also helped to break the ice with the other tour participants. This is an experience I would definitely repeat.

    Meet new places via bike
I love getting to know new places on a bike. This was a nice tour and the guide was knowledgeable. We did ride through areas on our way to sights. It would have been nice to know something about the area. The bikes were okay, but rattled and could have used tuneups.

    Bike tour in Brussels
This was such an enjoyable & interesting way to visit Brussels! Our tour guide was very friendly, informative, & interesting, the bikes were in good shape, & we got to see much more of the city than if we’d been walking. My 15–yr old son & I really loved this experience!

    Brussels Bike Tour
We love taking bike tours of cities we visit - great way to see the many areas. This tour was average to others we have taken. We did see the sights of Brussels and heard many facts from our guide so the actual tour was very good. I am an experienced biker (in large cities) but I felt more safety instruction, including hand signals and a second guide ( not a participant volunteer) would have improved the overall experience.

    Bike then Beer
Lovely day on the bikes touring the highlights of Brussels. The guide was well prepared and steered us without incident thru the traffic. It's a terrific way to see how the city is laid out for future exploration. Although there is a beer/water break, it is a top-notch idea to bring your own water. If you are an average biker, this will be an easy ride as there are only a couple of small grades to ascend.

    Bike Tour
I like to do Bike Tours when visiting a different city. Our Guide, Ali, was great. Tour itself is not too long but gives you a nice overview. We did a few stops with enough time to get a few pictures. We also made a quick stop to get a drink or eat something. Tips: bring water, there a few inclines so being semi fit helps, the stop for a drink and food was just approx. 20 min. so if you want fries order as soon as you get there. Also, you do ride through some busy streets so be aware of your surroundings. Other than that I really enjoyed.

Great way to see the city sites in a morning. Guide very knowledgeable and helpful. Timely stops at attractions.
As above - good use of time and most attractions incorporated in the time. Ride not too difficult but traffic could be busy.

Good fun and learnt a lot about Brussels.
Brussels is not an obvious cycling city so this tour required more planning than most. It worked perfectly. The guide, I think her name was Nina, was clear, informative and quite funny at times. You’d think it was the first time she’d done the tour. She also gave me some very good advice in relation to buying chocolates for some locals. They loved them. Next time I’m in Belgium I’ll do the tour again.

Took this 2 hour tour, cost £58 for 2 people. Probably the poorest value on holiday. The guide was pleasant but weak and allowed other members of the party too much time at each shop to buy chocolates. Very little info re chocolate making all it was was a few samples in different shops.
Look for alternative operators.

This company cancelled my tour (via email) two hours before the 2:00 tour. It was a terrible weather day and the tour company said that their guide was sick. If you don't have backup guides, then AT LEAST cancel in a timely manner so we can still make the most of our day.

Hello, we're truly sorry about the last minute cancellation. We learnt at 10 am that the guide was very sick and would not be able to work. We tried our best to find a last minute replacement without success. Once we knew that there was no other option than to cancel the tour, we sent you an email telling you so. Unfortunately, that was only about two hours before the start of the tour. Events like this happen very rarely, we're sorry once again about this unfortunate situation.

Iuliia was our guide and she did an excellent job. Our original tour was rescheduled by one day but the company did a good job of notifying us of the change well in advance. The last stop at Atelier in St Catherine neighborhood was a bit far away. In my opinion, the tour would have been just as good if it were a little shorter and excluded this out-of-the-way stop.

Hello Deborah, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your tour with Iulia and that you appreciated the extra care provided due to unforeseen circumstances on our side. Our tour showcases five of the best Belgian chocolatiers, each with their unique specialties. Atelier Saint-Catherine, our final stop, is just a seven-minute walk from the previous shop. Blondeel's chocolates are a highlight of our tour, featuring unique "new school" flavors and crafted from bean-to-bar. Your suggestion is valuable to us, and we will certainly consider it in our next staff meeting. Thank you for your feedback, and we're glad to hear you had an overall great experience with us. Best regards!

My husband I took a walking chocolate tour with Analise from Groovy Brussels tour company. It was one of the best tours we took during our visit to Brussels. Analise, the tour guide was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We visited 5 different chocolate shops and sampled 8 pieces of fine chocolate. Highly recommend this tour! Worth it!

Very informative and interesting tour. Analise is a great guide and really knows her stuff. We had a small group, just 6 of us, so it was quite personal. We tried out some amazing places which were all quite unique and we were told all about their history. I would highly recommend.

When I was planning my trip to Brussels I wanted to do a different type of tour. As Belgium is known for its chocolate and I love chocolate I thought this was a good tour to try. Meeting point was close to my hotel and easy to find. Our tour guide was warm, friendly, and gave us a great overview of the different chocolate stores we visited as well as some other basic history. I like that there were only 10 people in our group. I was also able to purchase some chocolate to take back to my family and coworkers at one of our stops and received a 10% discount. I would recommend this tour.

At 2pm, standing at the meeting point, there was no guide, no signage, nothing.

Turns out I was given only the vague address of a passage (think shopping mall). Dozens of shops, crowds of people. I searched frantically for the tour.

When contacted, the tour operator was at first non-responsive, then arrogant and unhelpful. He refused to call the guide to help me meet the tour already underway. Well after the tour had departed he told me the name of the shop meeting point - nowhere shown on my booking.

Why not give the name of the specific shop before the tour?
Why not call the guide to help me join?
Why no signage, no indication of the group forming?
Why not rebook me on the next tour?
Why not answer when I called numerous times?

Loved the variety of the chocolate shops and types of pralines. Enjoyed going from traditional chocolatiers to ones who have branched out to more innovative pralines (eg dark chocolate with basil or chili). Our guide was delightful, imparting not only history/information about Belgian chocolate but also Brussels. She took us from the Grand Place to non-tourist neighborhoods. As such we found a delightful place to have Belgian beer and fries after the tour.
