Santor was extremely knowledgeable and provided very interesting little known facts during the rour. He was great at fielding questions. The food treats certainly were also a huge highlight. Thank so much for such a fun, informative, interesting, and memorable experience.

A fantastic insight into Brussels from a very knowledgeable and interesting guide. I would recommend doing this tour on your first day so you get some useful information and a feel for the city. Good English spoken. You really do come away feeling like you have met a local with a passion for his country.

Great experience we had with Sancar, we can recommend especially for your first experience with Brussels. He gave us great background about the city and showed the most important spots. We also really appreciated the waffles, pralines and the list of tips where to eat etc.

We did the day trip to Ghent and Bruges. Would definitely recommend it. Going to the Grand Place is also a must. Highly recommend dining at the White Rose. Go to the third floor to observe the evening light/laser show.

I absolutely enjoyed the guided tour with Sancar! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and gave recommendations after the tour. I could really tell that he loves what he does and is very personable. He remembered everyone’s names and asked where everyone is from and remembered it during the entirety of the tour. This stood out as I’ve been on many guided tours where the guide doesn’t really get to know you on a personable level. Thank you for all the recommendations and highly highly recommend him! We ended up trying the food he recommended and it was delicious! Wishing we had booked him earlier so we could have gotten to enjoy the city of Brussels more. Also enjoyed the waffles and chocolate provided! Thank you Sancar and can’t wait to be back!

A very informative 2-3 hours to walk around Brussels’ main landmarks and at the same time with the brief history and cultural background provided.our tour guide Sancar is very passionate about getting us to understand the culture and the architecture, at the end of the tour Sancar followed up with an email to us for all the recommendations on beers, cuisine, places and neighbourhood to visit, which is very helpful for us to plan the rest of the day’s activities! Great tour!

Our tour guide, Sancar, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He had all the guests introduce themselves at the beginning and proceeded to remember everyone’s name throughout the tour. He was entertaining, encouraged questions, and went above and beyond to explain everything about the city and the history behind it.

We traveled to Ghent and Bruge for the day. Our driver was Bernardo who everyone liked, friendly good driver. Our tour guide was Andreas I think that was her name. She was amazing. Gave tour in Spanish and English and unlike what other reviewers said said the exact thing in both languages and switched which language went first gave us informative walking tours in both Ghent and Bruge, and helped us with the restaurant menu suggestions when we had lunch. The thing that made our tour guide so special is that she tried to get to know each person on the tour spending a few moments with different people. I found that the personalization made this tour special even though it was a large group tour. The boat ride in the canal at Bruge is a must. Great way to end the day.

Great walk and explanation of the historic buildings. Our guide was knowledgeable and gave us restaurant suggestions for Belgium food specialties, Chez Leo was excellent.

I can heartily recommend this tour. Great, characterful venue (including lots of interesting beer-tasting vocabulary on the walls!). Sancar is charming, friendly and knowledgeable. Great way to spend an evening. Je peut le recommander vivante. Tres chouette endroit (inclu beaucoup de mots interessant apropos des gouts de biere sur les murs!). We took this tour on 22/08/19. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history and geography of the Belgium in particular about Brussels. He was very friendly and made the tour very personable. Along with explaining about history and political side we learnt about world famous Belgian chocolate n waffles ( we also got to try some, which was unexpected and very kind of our guide) . At the end he recommended some nice restaurants n places to explore. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone. Don’t forget to wear comfortable shoes ( as the streets are not very flat and there is high chance of hurting ur ankles if not carful)
