We spent our last morning in Brussels learning how to make chocolates. The lady host was very informative and gave a great demonstration on how to work the molten chocolate. We made one large chocolate bar with our own flavours. Some chocolate shapes and some truffles. Having got them all home in one piece we are now enjoying the fantastic flavours. We would recommend this to anyone, young or old. What's not to live about making chocolates and being able to eat them!

Really well done, everyone in the family really enjoyed it - Elisabetta was great. Learned some new things and had a lot of fun making the chocolate. Slightly marred at the start by the cashier guy screaming at another participant for not wearing her hairnet immediately. Without his needless aggression, this would have been a 5 star, and the rest of the team was great.

Thank you very much. Unfortunately when the participants refuse to adhere to the rules, we have to refuse them the access. It is not fair for the staff to have to play the role of the police officer due to people not able to behave themselves.

Unfortunately the course is very child proof. I wouldn't recommend this if you expect to learn a lot. They did all the hard work, such as tempering the chocolate, preparing the truffle balls, and making the chocolate paper nozzles. Although it was fun making some chocolates, we got no responsibility whatsoever.

Being a chocolate maker is a serious job and you cannot be a chocolate maker in just a few minutes... Well, we prefer not to comment further this kind of review and we just note that you have appreciated your time with us.

This was a really fun activity. We each made a chocolate bar, 5 truffles and then got to create and decorate our own chocolate shapes by piping melted chocolate. The host, Elizabetta was confident, engaging and knowledgeable. We got to bag up our creations and take them all home with us which of course my boyfriend and friends loved!
This place is located just a short walk from the city, it took me less than 10 mins to walk there from bourse square.
I would just like to mention that I had read some negative reviews prior to my visit and noticed a few mentioned being turned away for being late. As it happens, a family did arrive 15 mins late and were turned away - as an attendee I completely agree that was the right decision. If they were allowed in, we would have had to wait whilst they got ready, washed up, found a workstation, and were updated on what they'd missed - wasting time for everyone else that had arrived on time.

Many thanks for your nice review. We really had some good time all together! Thanks also for understanding our policy for people arriving late without caring care at all about the others, not jsut the chocolate makers but also the others who arrived on time and who deserve to enjoy the moment without being disturbed but the late arrivals. Unfortunately most of our bad reviews are written by these people who not only arrive late but don't accept to be refused at the entrance and take revenge here by rating us badly. Unfortunately our world is working like that...
