Had a massage with Marcin. I was in significant pain with neck and shoulder tension. He was extremely thorough and eased my pain immediately. Throughout that evening the tension released further and I was pain free and could sleep for the first time in a few days. Thanks very much! Will be back.

Very Relaxing!

Had an amazing massage & facial with Charly! Incredibly relaxing & half the price I would pay for a luxury massage in the USA, with better service. An oasis in the middle of a busy city and vacation. Very grateful for the recommendation from my AirBnb. My troubles & tension melted away.

AMAZING PREGNANCY MASSAGE

I am 6 months pregnant and felt so amazing after this massage! Prior to the massage the therapist asked where I had tension. She worked extra in this area and worked out any pain, tension, or discomfort. It was truly an amazing experience and so much better than any chiropractor or massage I have had in the past. A MUST for pregnant women!!

Foot massage with Sandrine

I had an absolute blissful massage from Sandrine! Highly recomanded foot massage! She had a good diagnoses about my condition and worked very Well. You Feel Always very welcome at the Serendip Spa.

Worst customer service ever

I offered an expensive package including a massage and a facial treatment to my girlfriend for Christmas and she still could not her treatments because of the staff unacceptable behaviour.

First of all, their booking system is very user unfriendly and it is practically impossible to find available dates to do both treatments on the same day.

She once managed to book the treatments 2 or 3 weeks in advance via the website. However, they called her the evening before to cancel her appointment without offering any alternative solutions nor any kind of preferential booking or compensation. They said she can book via the website ...

I called them and I insisisted that this was an unacceptable behaviour and asked them to find a solution but they never called her back.

I strongly advise not to buy any package from this spa. There are plenty of better and more serious and affordable places in Brussels.

Dear Alessandro, Thank you for your comment and it is with great disappointment that we read your post. I was surprised to read your note about our system as we have never received such comment since launching a few years back. The difficulty faced is caused by the fact that 2 different treatments were required at a period where we are experiencing high level of activity. As for the last minute postponing of the treatment, this was very unfortunate due to the therapist unavailability yet at the time, we offered alternative dates and booking possibilities. Our team is always available to consult when needed, whether by email, by phone or on our social media sites. I fully understand your frustration and can only apologize for the inconvenience caused. We see in our system that your girlfriend has booked for alternative date and we will do our utmost to ensure that she is well looked after when being with us at Serendip Spa. Thank you Helena

Very relaxing

Enjoyed my treatments (all with Sunil): a foot massage, hand massage, head massage and 90min of Thai.
The spa is not large, but the atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing. A nice shop in the reception area with yoga and incense goods. While I waited, I was given tea and mineral water. I also got tea, dates, and banana chips during a couple of intervals in my treatments.

The Thai massage was a bit intense but I expected that. I liked the lavender eye pillow toward the end. Also very hygienic - paper protectors for the eye pillow, fresh towels on the pillow on the floor, relaxing lighting.

It was my birthday and the spa very nicely gave me a gift - - hand cream and a mini shower oil. I also really liked that, unlike in other spas, there was no push to purchase their products. Nor was there a push to leave gratuities that you sometimes see (though typically not in Belgium).

Just a couple of points I wasn't crazy about - the changing rooms were tiny, very hard for even two people to change at a time; the locker was probably fine but the lock - - bit wobbly. Very small showers too, though I didn't take one. My Thai clothes for the massage could have been newer (there was a hole in the pants). Also thought it was a bit strange to have treatments right in the waiting area and some customers weren't as quiet as I was hoping they would be.

I would still gladly come again, but probably for a massage or other treatment guaranteed to be in a private space beginning to end.

Staff were very pleasant and friendly.

Not only the team is helpful and very kind but also the place and surroundings are exquisite putting you immediately in a harmony with yourself! Sure, prices are higher than in other wellness centres but from the cares I had, they truly worth every penny!

My oasis

I've been living in Brussels for almost a year now and I have not been enjoying the experience too much. Despite the huge number of internationals living in the city, for some reason I still don't feel welcome and at home. Serendip is one of the few places that give me this sensation and I am so thankful I found it!
The spa center is perfectly located, very clean, beautifully decorated and relaxing. The products they use are excellent quality. Most importantly - the staff is super friendly, welcoming, calm, they all speak English and make your visit worth the while.
I have tried several procedures - series of detox massages, a facial rose procedure and a relaxing back and foot massage - all delivered excellently. I am particularly happy with Marine Lugara - in addition to being an absolute professional (I can already see results after 3 session with her!), she is also a very warm, kind, positive, and soothing person. Communication with her is a pleasure.
Serendip is definitely my little oasis in Brussels. I strongly recommend it.

Excellent massage

Had a last minute back, neck, shoulder massage with Nina. It was one of the best massages I've ever had. Really helped release tension in my back and very relaxing. Nina was excellent.

extremely relaxing experience

From the moment I enter the Serendip Spa my stress levels start sinking. I had a thoroughly relaxing and recharging massage. The place is heavenly, the staff is kind and experienced. Definitely worth the money, I will go back.
