Was extremely disappointed with the seating and view of the stage, especially when paying over $300 for each "seat" for Section 15AA. It isn't even a seat, it's space on a bench that is very uncomfortable with no "seat" back. I don't think they should be able to call it a "seat" when selling. I've never experienced this in any stadium when paying this range of price. Also, the amount of space given for each "seat" is not enough! We were on the end and once everyone was seated, we did not have enough and I sat sideways on the end. It also created some very uncomfortable moments when people left their seats and then came back to not enough room as others had shuffled and spread out not leaving enough space for them when they returned to their seat. I witnessed this in many other rows as there is not enough space for each person. Also, there was a constant stream of people coming down the aisle to the floor level which blocked our view of the stage. I did not have the opportunity for one full minute at any time during the 7-hour event to have a clear vision of the stage due to this constant traffic. Again, never experienced this in any other venue of this type. Their flow of people from the floor really needs to be changed.

Whether you’re going to a football game or to a concert, Ohio Stadium is the place to be. The 4th largest stadium in America has multiple concession stands that include Donato‘s pizza and even Panera. You’ll always have tons to eat and a lot of fun. If you’re going to a game, you’ll have a blast watching the game and an incredible halftime show by the best damn band in the land.

My wife and I attended the Ohio Stadium for the Morgan Wallen concert. I have not been to this stadium but I must say I probably won’t come to another show at this venue. It took us 30 min to walk around the inside of the stadium because there was no organization to the foot traffic. On top of that, the stadium decided to changeover 1/2 of the male bathrooms to women’s. I’ve never waited 30 minutes to use the restroom before so that was a bummer. On the plus side, the weather was decent and Morgan performed for 1 hour and 45 min. Shorter than other shows but he prob needed to leave early so he could find a bathroom.

Just went here to The Game between Michigan and Ohio State… wow was it electric. 108,000 People in the stands, it was loud, it was passionate, and boy was it fun. Our seats in sec 14C were great, could see the whole field… still $700 though which is the only downfall of college sporting events, expensive! Don’t wait to buy tickets.
Regardless, its a awesome stadium and good experience!

I have been to Nascar races, NFL games, NBA games, MLB games but NOTHING compares to college football games. The Stadium is old and has history in it. You can feel the energy of the fans and the teams. The concession stands and souvenir stands are comparable to the major league sports. But there is so much to see and do on Game Day... Buckeye Nation is the best fan base is all of college football....O-H

Nothing terribly wrong. But the place shows it’s age, especially the higher you go. The bench seating is obviously uncomfortable. But there were also rows where I saw standing water because the concrete was not leveled right. On the way up to C deck in the stairwell we also passed an area that was so poorly lit we literally couldn’t see each other or the path itself. This was in the day time. A person could hide there just by standing in the shadow and you’d never know. On the good side, the sound seemed pretty good (we were attending a concert).

Big Fan of College Football. Was in town for work, so decided to check out the shoe.
It was cool to visit, since its a Historic place. Wouldve been really great to have been able to walk into the stadium and check it out, but do to the times. It was not an option. It is pretty cool to walk around and get some pictures of and one end, you can actually see in and see the field. Maybe I'll beable to catch a game there one day!!

I had a great time at Buckeye Country Fest. The stadium was well run and had great stadium speakers. Luke Combs was absolutely amazing. Very happy. I really appreciated it. Will definitely be coming back.

The staff was amazing! My MIL ended up needing a wheelchair to our section and was not preplanned. They quickly accommodated her and escorted us to the beginning of the elevator line and right to our section. Loved our 1st game and look forward to going back!

We have floor tickets for Def Leppard/ Alice Cooper where is the best place to park?
Can you buy parking ahead of time on the West Campus? Looking for one for Buckeye Countryfest, and the link is not working so I think they are all sold out. Would that link also be for West campus? Any other reasonable and safe suggestions? Willing to take Iber or other transport from the parking to the venue. Thanks!
Can you carry in water? Do you have to have clear bag to carry? I have oxygen is that a problem carry in?

Do the roads to the Stadium get shut down or blocked off at some point before, during or after the game? What time is it too late to drive to the Stadium during an OSU v *ichigan noon game?

We are planning on going to a Buckeye's Football Game next fall (2022) and are wondering what everyone recommends for a hotel. We won't have access to a car so we would like to stay somewhere that is within walking distance of the stadium and plenty of bars and restaurants. This is a bucket list trip for us so we don't mind splurging a little to stay someplace convenient to be able to take in the whole game day experience. Thanks in advance for any recommendations!

We are looking for recommendations for Hotels- we have a large group that comes that travels to an away game every year. We were thinking the motel 6 Columbus OSU because it’s in walking distance to stadium.... but my understanding that the bar district is in another area? Does anyone know of a downtown hotel that may be better? We have always struggled with staying close to the stadium vs close to the bars...

As you might assume, there are NUMEROUS bars downtown. A could hotels/motels you might try would be the Red Rood Inn downtown near the Convention Center or the fairly new Hampton Inn downtown on North Big St---also not too far from the Convo Center. There are several other hotels downtown, but those two would, most likely, have lower rates. PLEASE BE ADVISED: at this point in time, you're going to have GREAT difficulty finding a vacant room at ANY motel that's within walking distance of the stadium on a home game weekend. The same can also be said about hotels downtown!! Good luck!
