We had times we could investigate the different city's on our own, she gave us places where we could eat the local food ( which was fresh and delicious). A very informative tour. Rain came down hard at times, consider buying cheap umbrella on way to meeting point. Our host clearly explained both what we were doing and some of the history behind it - and also did a good job of fixing our inevitable mistakes. The only real issue is that there was only one of her at a couple of key moments.

Once you arrive at the parking area you have a bathroom break - make sure you have change for the toilet. Casual guided walk to and through the cobblestone town. A chocolate tasting is included with 3 hours free time for lunch, breweries and shopping. You can take a boat tour though the canals for 12euro.
