This restaurant had been recommended by some locals and it did not disappoint. The 4 course gastronomic menu was excellent and good seating outside.

The food was OK except my wife's steak. She asked for medium rare. The steak was rare. The waiters didn't even care enough to ask why she didn't eat it. We didn't bother since the staff didn't speak English to try and get them to...substitute. It was a very hot night with no A/C although they claim the A/c was on.More

This restaurant was recommended to us and we were glad it was. Although, it is a small restaurant, there is an upstairs, where we were seated. The food was fresh and tasty. I had a pasta dish with mushrooms that had a very flavorful sauce....My husband enjoyed a veal dish. We shared an appetizer of cheese croquettes which were also good. The service was very satisfactory and the waiter helpful. Definately would go back if ever in Brussels again.More

Lovely little place. Service was good and the food was exceptional; both of us had fish dishes which were the best we'd had in a while. The only downside was that some of the food served as a main wasn't mentioned on the menu and...therefore sides were ordered that were a duplicate of what was on the plate. should be on the menu and the waiter should question this.More

Visited after work with colleagues. Meal began with bread/olive oil/balsamic combo and some olives. We then enjoyed a selection of European favourites from the carte. Stand outs include excellent risotto Milanese and an upscale vol au vent with a divine hollandaise. Desserts were generous, rich...and fairly priced. All in all a very good choice in Brussels.More

We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary and our final night of our 14-day family vacation to Europe. Les Petits Oignons was fabulous. We made reservations the day before and thank goodness we did because this restaurant is popular. It’s located the in Sablon section of...Brussels with a view of the Our Lady of the Sablon cathedral and walking distance from our hotel. Waiter was friendly, helpful and spoken excellent English. He made a terrific wine recommendation based on our meal selections. My 16 yo son loved his ribeye (perfectly grilled medium rare) and frites. I had a chef special of penne with calamari and pesto. My husband had rack of lamb which was also perfectly cooked medium rare. We would definitely recommend this restaurant and go back on another visit to Brussels. It’s a dinner that stood out among the numerous meals we had in Europe.More

A few days ago it was excellent. Despite being a busy business city, they do not appear to encourage solo diners. This time I had a terrible table squashed at the end of the terrace seating, with very little privacy for me or adjoining table....I had the same dishes as last time, just 2 days ago, which were excellent. This time it was tasteless. The wine by the glass as some service was good though.More

Friend’s dinner on 13 May. Ticket around 247€ (3 people). Surprisingly good value for price and relaxed ambiance that would have made a very well rounded experience. Unfortunately, the service mudded a very warm friend’s night when we erred on tipping (we wanted to tip...around 20€ that turned out to mistakenly be 2€). The waiter pressed “okey” to proceed with payment visibly pissed off just we tried to cancel the transaction in order to tip correctly. All in all, nice value for price in good location (Sablon) but still coarse on details.More

It was an opportunistic drop in for a solo dinner on a very busy Saturday night. The lovely front staff (lady) accommodated me at the bar area (which was perfect) and was very attentive throughout. Food, drinks and service was superb. I was charmed by...the timelessness of the place and also appreciated the smaller details such as quality of olive oil, the use of silver plated fish knives etc. I will definitely back.More

I was going to a concert in Bozar and was looking for a place to have dinner. I parked my car near the Royal conservatoire and saw this restaurant. The quality price balance was very good.More
