A delicious lunch with friendly service. I had the meatballs with fries it was really tasty and a huge portion! Very sweet little restaurant with plenty of outside seating for when the weather is nice too

Someone said this place had great Spaghetti Bolognese, so we stopped in to check. Luca, our waiter, took us to a lovely table by a window upstairs. He was funny, attentive, and very professional. The Spaghetti was DELICIOUS! Luca had warned us that there was...a lot in a serving. He wasn’t kidding! I would have liked to try their desserts, which also looked yummy, but had no room. Overall, great meal, reasonably priced, super service and ambience!More
Thank you for your kind review. Hope that next time you have some room left for dessert 😉
Great service and excellent food! Really helpful! Had a wonderful night with the waiter here! Highly recommend!
We entered the restauraunt, we seated ourselves as no one was there from the hospitality. The. after we seated ourselves , a blond waiter came and talked to us in french and i told her english please, but she continued and ignored and kept speaking...french. the. she pointed at one column only to order from, then the other waiter came with black hair, after a while, and she was full of attitude also, can we showed her pictures of their instagram account , and from the first moment she said , dont look at the instagram look at the menu, we don always offer them. I do not kind the comment of course, i mind the attitude that we received from them. Only one red headed waiter was kind and smiling, and she was not even in charge of our table. Unfortunately, the experience did not allow us to indulge the food, but to be fair it was tasty, as we ordered the chicken curry pasta, and a truffle pasta and other appetizers.More
RACIST. AVOID. We were subject to constant racial and verbal abuse by other customers. There was extremely poor service and upon complaint to Luca, we were told it was his friends and they were not racist, he dismissed their behaviour due to being drunk. The...service was atrocious, they had drinks on the menu but the bottles did not exist. Instead we were able to get premium service with premium drinks 2 doors down at Caffe Torino. For a good time please go there and not to this classless premises. We also saw two hideous rats in the corner on a table right outside the window. AVOIDMore
Lovely, welcome, and comfortable surroundings - with a cool vibe. Really good classic food - great!
Excellent service, great food and top location. Highly recommended for a fantastic breakfast or lunch. View over the square is great for people watching.
They took in two hungry travelers on a busy weekend when every other place was packed. Superb service, attentive and helpful personnel, the meatballs were great!!!
An amazing place, friendly and kind staff, nice ambiance. I had lovely dinner time and truly enjoyed. Tuna dish with vegetables – HUGE recommendation!
I don’t like writing poor reviews but I hope the owners take this on board as it has great potential. Sever was very welcoming and helpful. The food unfortunately fell short. I hate saying this but I am confident the it was reheated. Please sort...this out, simplify the menu and do less but do it much better.More
Located in the heart of Brussels, in the place Sablon, this bar-restaurant serves mediterranean and belgian specielities in a beautiful enviroment, either inside or in the heated outside patio. All dishes we ate were tasty, well presented, in good portions. Service was very good, and...the prices were between the mid and the high region, in direct accordance with the place and the quality of the food.More
We stopped here to have a bite for lunch. Ordered the croque monsieur and fries to share. Also a beer and a coke. The waitstaff misunderstood and brought us 2 of the sandwiches when in fact we only wanted one but whatever. Food was excellent...and we wound up taking most of the fries back home with us. The service was not great and the prices were on the high side, thus the 3 star ratingMore
Unacceptable low quality oversold food up to claiming they serve house fries while I saw with my own eyes the delivery man bring ready made fries in plastic bags. And it’s totally overpriced. Shameful x100! The only minor good side is a smiley service that...still doesn’t make up for what is a fraudMore
My twin brother Stephen ( previous reviewer ) and I were exploring around this great area of Brussels on a really hot day when we chanced upon Pop Up Sablon on Place Du Grand Sablon and what a great find. Walking in and I knew...I would enjoy my visit here ,this bar looks superb ,interior is lovely ,a cute looking serving bar ,eclectic decor and furnishings,we loved the highly decorated white washed walls at the rear of the bar, there's also lots of seating options spread throughout Pop Up Sablon both inside and outside looking out onto the beautiful square and magnificent church. We sat inside as all outside seating was occupied ,service was quick which was impressive as this bar was busy ,the young lady's were flying around serving lots of customers but our drinks arrived in no time at all ,we chose a beer each from Carlsberg Brewery and these were served in pristine condition being iced cold and sparkling,we chilled out and planned out the day ahead while sipping our beers . A big fan of Carlsberg beer ,a light, hoppy and very drinkable beer indeed,it's one of the most recognisable Danish beers on the planet ,been to Copenhagen on several occasions ,love the beer ,even been the brewery a couple of times that produces this beer ,served in this bar it was just as good,a big compliment to the staff in here. We really enjoyed our beers in here and although our visit was only fleeting for a first time visit to Pop Up Sablon we had a great time. Pop Up Sablon is easy to locate on Place Du Grand Sablon ,a square and area teeming with pubs, bars and restaurants and some amazing architecture and a major tourist destination. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday,7.30am till 1am. A wonderful bar, great staff, delicious beer and well worth checking out if you're in the area.More

POP-UP Sablon on Pl.du Grand-Sablon is a superb café-bar that offers a superb food and drinks menu and was one of the many cafés and bars we visited around this part of Brussels. This superb café-bar is housed in a unique white painted building that...look absolutely amazing. It has an outside terrace that was rammed when we were here as it was a red hot day. The interior has the feel of an historical old building with many interesting fixture's and feature's and nice decor and furnishings. It has a nice bar and superb seating options and when we visited this is were we sat and had a couple of beers. When here we had a well served Carlsberg brewery beer each which were superb and price wise on par with the other café's and bars on Grand-Sablon.POP UP Sablon is a brilliant café-bar that is well worth visiting and very easy to get to from Grand-Sablon bus stop it's a minute's walk.(This is my first review of POP UP Sablon. Opening Hours. Monday-Sunday-07.30-01.30. Public Transport. Bus Stop. Grand-Sablon bus stopMore
